These are Jordans, so they don't fall into the regular Nike category. They aren't "latest" or "greatest", they aren't a "fashionista shoe", and they aren't really being bought to play sports in (though people sometimes do). I collect Jordan 1's of all styles (and so do many thousands of others). I wouldn't buy any other Nikes unless they were heavily discounted, but I'd buy a 1 at retail price most of the time.

Nike and Adidas are having a lot of discounts lately. I think demand is softening and there's too much supply. Hold out for bigger discounts 😁

I paid full price for these back in December, as I love the color scheme. Bargain at this price if you're just a sneakerhead like me who likes having many colors of the same shoe. It is annoying to hear all the Lakers comments because I don't care for the Lakers or know jack about basketball in general.

You are sooooo wrong. Demand is still sky high for certain nike shoes just like it has always been. Ugly colorways and mid jordans haven't been in demand and probably never will be. I think you need to inform yourself on what's "cool" before you say Nike shoes are not cool anymore. Just looking at the recently dropped Chicago Lost and Founds you'll see they are reselling for 400. Some recent dunks are reselling for crazy numbers.
