    I'm going to ask this here since others are doing the S&S thing. I have an Amazon gift card balance. I can't find a way to apply it to a S&S order. I go to change my payment method and I can change the credit card I want to use but I see nowhere to apply my GC balance. I used to be able to do this. I can put it in cart as a straight purchase and the option to use my GC balance is there but not when I checkout with S&S. Has anyone else seen this?

    Cut this stuff with water and salt and you have V-8 for about 1/4-1/3 the cost. Get the unseasoned for regular tomato juice.

    I had this happen last year customer service was useless. It then fixed itself a month or 2 later and i was able to use GC balance on S&S purchases again until the middle of march this year. So now again i can't use GC balance on S&S. The only way you may or may not get around this is after you subscribe you can go to your deliveries and change it to use GC balance if available but it does not work every time and you won't know it worked till the delivery ships. I had one order it didn't not work on last month but CS fixed it although they acted like they couldn't at first but then figured it out.

    Sorry so late on the reply.
    I had contacted CS and the first gal assured me it would be escalated and I would be contacted when resolved. She fixed 2 of my S&S orders to the GC while on chat and that was that.
    I hadn't heard anything from them and then today went into chat again cuz... it still isn't working. Serious BS from the first gal and then it was "esculated" twice. Still not resolved. I even had to send screen shots. (Ya'll! The option is not there!) The last Rep said I would be contacted within 24 hours. My breath is not held.
