Lowes has Gorilla Carts 4-cu ft Poly Yard Cart (GCG-4) for $99.98 with free shipping or free store pickup.

To sweeten the deal add a filler such as hex nuts to get total above $100 and use a $20 off $100 Lowes online coupon. This should make the Gorilla cart about $83.

Do a google search for "lowes 20 off 100 coupon" and choose any of those sponsored vendors selling the coupon for $2.50. Hopefully that doesn't break any rules for me.

4 cu ft cart doesn't have the hitch hookup, old or new. 6 cu ft cart has it.

Have had the older version for about 5 years. Had to replace one tire ($10 from Harbor Freight) but have had nothing break, no rust, and it's been outside and not covered up for most of those 5 years.
