Seeing the same price. Note - I recommend getting the 42" if using as a desktop monitor. The pixels per inch are higher on it and a 48" is too large for a desktop. Here's my setup and even how it is the 42" is a tad too big. I ended up having to walk mount it to move it further off my desk. https://imgur.com/a/LwMGXCT

I think I'm at ~1600 hours now - C2 in duos and standard comp. But yeah, the TV is amazing.

I want to have 42 inch aswell. But i had to find buyer for my cx 48 inch first T.T

Costco has the 42" and 48" for $899 with 3-Year Allstate Extended Warranty included.

Amazon - $984.13 w/ 3-Year Asurian Extended Warranty - Delivered Thursday
Costco - $974.23 w/ 3-Year Allstate Extended Warranty - Delivered Tuesday

Just ordered a 48" through Costco and it will be here later today or tomorrow morning.

Did anyone use warranty from Asurion (from Amazon) ? how is it comparing to Allstate (from Costco)?

I think costco doubles your warranty so you have 2 years from costco and 3 years from allstate in total of 5 years. Amazon - you have 1 year manufacturer warranty and 3 years of Asurian but Asurian starts from the delivery day so in reality you have 2 years from Asurian in total of 3 years coverage . Am I right?

Total of 5 years with Costco if you purchase it online.

As an aside I went to my local warehouse and the 42" wouldn't ring up so they had to manually enter a generic sku to price it at checkout, and they said the additional All-State warranty was an online promo so they couldn't give that to me for free. Just in case anyone was thinking of driving over to your local warehouse to pick it up quicker it might be worth a call there first to confirm the warranty promo.

Mine should arrive from Costco.com on Weds.
