Good deal. Tempted but wary about the idea of going side by side with one flat (32" Dark Matter QHD) and one curved. Mixing IPS and VA seems less than idea as well.

Never used a curved monitor before, how is it for office work?

More of an investment than I'm willing to make right now since I already have the one flat panel that's barely a year old. Hind sight is 20/20, should've gone that way to begin with.

I meant both curved monitors side by aide of your flat monitor. 3-monitor setup with your flat screen in the middle, like this one. https://a.co/d/9z3wOOm

I use a curved monitor for work in my corner desk and it's suited much better than my previous 2x flat monitor setup. 1x 34" curved replaced my 2x 24" flats. The right and left sides of the monitor are equal distance to your eyes as the center of the monitor. I don't think I want to go back to flat computer monitors ever again (if I have the choice).

General comment: this is a great price imo. I wish I didn't pay $200 6 months back for my 32" curved that I use at home, and I thought $200 was amazing at the time. Only downside is 6ms response time and maybe the VA panel

It works on the 27" 240Hz FHD screen for $151.20 after discount https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=40778
and another 27" 165Hz FHD screen for $120 after discount https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=42771

Ugh, FHD though. Can they please just give a good deal on a regular 27" 1440p screen???

I use a 38" curved monitor at work and it's fantastic. As others have mentioned, it takes up additional space on your desk, relative to a flat monitor, but images do look better due to the distance between your eyes and the screen remaining relatively constant.

I want to add what it's pretty cool that the prices have fallen this far. Curved monitors used to be a super-high-end thing and then they became a high-end thing and now you can get a 32" curved 165 Hz 2560x1440 monitor for $160. What a time to be alive!

Response time is the one thing that is making me hesitate

I told myself if this monitor was still avaliable after I left work for home which is a 30 minute drive I am in for 2, looks like deal is now dead so I saved myself $300 but darn this was an excellent deal.

People who are complaining about 6ms response time have no clue....
