Sign ups are live. In the wallet app, select your Apple Card, go to the top right menu and hit Apple Cash, and change redemption to savings. Enter your social and you're done.

The account is backed by Goldman Sachs - a bank.

Hit Apple Card, top right menu says Scheduled Payments, Daily Cash, Card Details, and Notifications. If I go to any of those, I see nothing that says Apple Cash and about changing redemption to savings.

Anyone also see what I see or can help? Thanks.

Edit: update to the latest iOS (16.4 and above) and you should see it

So I could apply for the Apple Card and then move money from my current bank over to the Apple Card Savings account? Is there an ability to make that a direct deposit account as well and just no longer use my current bank? Appreciate any insight.

FDIC insured or not?
Yes, and the max you can put in the account is $250K, the FDIC insured amount.

I tapped "Daily Cash" then saw in the section for "Daily Cash Election", two options
  • Apple Cash
  • Savings --> Set Up

"Savings" is where i could set up my 4.15% savings. As someone mentioned earlier, it asked me for my SSN.

Under "Daily Cash," I don't have the "Daily Cash Election" option. I wonder if it's because I'm still on iOS 16.3.1?
