That's me. I also learned in the few days I have been hunting for a 27" 4K gaming monitor, that anything under $400 is pretty much guaranteed to be 60hz.

Will it be duel use, work productivity, graphic design, etc, or mostly gaming?

I was considering this one for $199.97 by Sceptre at 70Hz: https://www.amazon.com/Sceptre-Mo...098HQ8YRX/ Which is better? They seem to have almost identical specs, I believe the Sceptre has the VESA 100 mount. If anyone could point out reasons to choose this over the Sceptre,mi would appreciate your input. Thanks!
