Is this a old device? Finger was on the trigger then I saw micro usb 🤮 yeah not in 2023 especially from Anker of all companies.
I bought this a few years ago. I stopped using it because there was a 2ish second delay whenever the keyboard went to sleep after inactivity. I recall the threshold for it going to sleep wasn't all that long either. It got annoying real quick. Other than that the form factor and usability was fine.
Does this record keystrokes? Anker reputation has taken a big hit as of late.

According to fcc this has Bluetooth V5.1 and it was submitted in 2021.

Also, a 230mAh rechargeable battery unlike what it says on Amazon, that it requires a AAA battery.

This looks exactly like the onn keyboard I have. Same font and everything. It's pretty nice but I did add little rubber feet underneath to keep it from sliding. It's very small (not really the keys but rather the lack of space around it). Charges quickly and connects easily. I paid $9.99 at the Walmarts.

Are we looking at different items?
This is what I see in About This Item:
Wide Compatibility: Works with phones, tablets, computers, and laptops. All you have to do is connect via Bluetooth.
Long Battery Life: Use the included Micro USB cable to fully recharge the keyboard, and once recharged, you'll be able to use it for huge 90 hours before you need to charge it again.
Ultra-Compact Design: Features a low-profile 0.7 cm design and weighs just 181 g for effortless portability.
What You Get: Anker Rechargeable Wireless Keyboard, Micro USB cable, welcome guide, 18-month warranty, and friendly customer service.

Where are you seeing that it requires aaa?

This looks exactly like the onn keyboard, which I use with my tablet when I travel instead of carrying a laptop.

Amazon's Product Descripton states you need AAA

You are funny. How can this device connect to an internet sever.

Why not? It's using wireless tech, which means any signals between your devices can be pickup and tampered if it's not secure. It's just you're not as important enough to be targeted tbh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

I had something like this before. Issue was the rechargeable battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore after not using it for awhile.

Do you know if it was either Anker or Onn? I had a Microsoft branded one that did that too
