It says PD 3.0 which I think includes PPS, but in 2021 staff commented it doesn't support it-
"Regarding this current lineup of USB-C chargers, only the 45W version (model 41987) supports the Programmable Power Supply (PPS) feature. The rest of the models support the standard USB Power Delivery (PD) feature."
