Don't expect any miracles with the battery life on this thing. I had it and most of the time it would barely pull 6 hours at 30% brightness. Also it gets hot to the touch and has not-so-great IO. Other than that, if you want something to carry around and watch YouTube videos, this thing is pretty light, however if you care about aesthetics be warned that this thing (the top cover) is a fingerprint/dirt magnet. Overall I wouldn't buy it again.

It is a terrible laptop for the price. You are getting an underpowered and outdated CPU that somehow has to handle a 1440p screen and a digitizer. All with a lower end integrated XE graphics. I would not mind if it was a 96EU which would be better for the job but the GPU is limiting the number of workflows by 80 which is sad.
The only redeeming factor is that the build of the hinge is great. It is sturdy, the attachment to the base is reliable and the screen is reliable and very compact.

I've had an older Thinkpad Yoga for several years (2015 model?) and have overall been disappointed by the same issues:
-battery life
-Lenovo bloat-ware
-overheating (not even able to keep on my lap)
-build quality (supposed to be Thinkpad durable - but keyboard and frame cracks)
What brand / model is more recommended for battery, heat control, and build?
Lenovo Thinkpad used to have a good reputation for durability and performance- but I wouldn't pay their premium price again for the level of what I got

Myself was looking for lightweight laptops for quite some time and it seems there is no competition for macbook air. Excellent battery life, quite performant even when unplugged and has no fans meaning no annoying noise at all.

I have the second generation x1 yoga (the only year they had OLED screens). Has held up well and I still use it as my personal laptop. sad to see quality seems to have gone down.
You are insane if you spend $790 on a notebook that uses a 3 year old *quad core* 10th gen CPU. You can get better performance out of some recent $359 - $659 deals posted here that use 12th gen CPUs, for example:

The display is excellent. Now the CPU is not the most important factor for the laptop. An enough CPU is good CPU!

Not intel. You need to be with AMD for the great battery life . IMO Lenovo is great .

$790$399^ that's the real price drop ^
The laptop is not worth $1,889 with these old hardware.
