Had this chair for a few months and it did a number on my back. Good price but not worth the pain.

I've had this chair for a little over a year. Tolerances are a bit loose, but overall I've had a good experience with it. Just the right amount of adjustable, and very comfortable even over long periods of use. It's holding up well so far, but I also tend to be very gentle on everything, so YMMV.

There's always Steelcase. Also a well known quality Michigan office brand AND...you can buy stock in them too (SCS) whereas Herman Miller is privately held.

Is this dead? I was researching it a bit, and an hour ago or so the coupon was OK (I checked before wasting time on researching), but then when I decided to give it a shot... the coupon no longer seems to work?
