Every single thing about this chair is uncomfortable and definitely not ergonomic. I'm sure it's great for the 170lb crowd but the average overweight American will destroy this chair in no time. If you're over 220 lbs. It's kind of hard under the thighs...
I am very disappointed by this chair as it cost $240. This is not worth less than $50. It's a very cheap peice of plastic. It's a 200 dollar chair and it already broke in 2 places so I would not recommend it.
My back constantly feels strained while sitting in this chair. I put leather repair patches on at first but at 11 months the entire front of the right armrest padding tore completely off. It feels like a brick is being shoved into my back.
It won't adjust high enough to fit the natural curve of anyone's spine who's over 5'7. The close up front pov of the chair shows the lumba support still bulging out even when it's fully extended outward.
