This is an older model (probably 2018) from the HP Elitebook x360 1040 series [hp.com], which start at $2000+. These have newer processors with 10 cores compared to this laptop with 4 cores. This laptop probably was around the $2000 price tag when it was released.

Nice looking laptop, but that is really old hardware. I am not so much worried about speed but more about longevity. I don't even think I believe the "80+% battery life" claim.

Is it an aluminum body?
