These are on the more firm side (still well cushioned), but I've put a lot of miles on them and they have held up really well.

I do like their cushioning level, however.
I have a large rotation but always reach for these or the Guide 15s when I'm not sure what to expect from the weather, my legs or type of workout.

From what I read Saucony blends some TPU with the EVA to form PWRRUN. But it still felt dull and super firm to me.
Last year Saucony began adding eTPU insoles to many of their models including the Ride. They call it the PWRRUN+ insole. It's about 7mm thick and super squishy. But while some might be quick to see this as improvement Saucony removed the Everrun topsole that used to be under their insoles. Now there's just a hard strobel board. So what they give you with one hand they take away with the other. It's kind of a wash.
I found the EVA PWRRUN shoes boring and uncomfortable to run in. This includes the Kinvara 12 in addition to the aforementioned models.
Runners should probably aim for shoes that, at a minimum, have a layer of super critical EVA. New Balance had their Rebel V3 on sale for $48 just over a week ago. Then there's affordable Pebax based shoes like the Endo Speed 2 and Xodus Ultra selling online for as low as $60-70.
Still showing $9.99 shipping.
Oh well. I'm out.
:Update : They e-mailed a free shipping code
Sometimes you can tell why a particular shoe has been put on clearance lol.
