The Settlement Administrator strives to protect the personal information received and processed; however, no security program is 100% secure no guarantee can be made that these safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose personal information in a data breach. The Settlement Administrator maintains strict security incident response policies and procedures to handle incidents involving unauthorized access to personal information in its possession

And of course they never directly tried to answer your question with a simple yes or no, but probably the best answer you're going to get unless you spend hours looking at all the legal documents while understanding what they all actually mean..
Facebook users can make a claim by visiting Facebookuserprivacysettlement.com and entering their name, address, email address, and confirming they lived in the U.S. and were active on Facebook between the aforementioned dates.
People who had an active U.S. Facebook account between May 2007 and December 2022 have until Aug. 25 to enter a claim. Individual settlement payments haven't yet been established because payouts depend on how many users submit claims and how long each user maintained a Facebook account.

For the lawsuit in this thread, the settlement was approved on October 10, 2023, but distribution has not started.

In 2011, I received a check from ebay seller settlement for a grand total of $0.01.
