You should be fine but if you're worried you can get a weight distribution plate. It sits under the clamp and helps distribute weight.
Hanuo (sp) makes one. I bought a triple monitor clamp and it was advertised on the page.

Not really the best thing for your vision.
My ass hurts because I sit all day for my WFH job and I would like to stand at least half the day.
I would need to support 2 27 inch monitors + mini itx desktop
