From my experience owning two of shark AI robots, they are not great. My RoboRock is substantially better at not getting stuck. Also I've had to take the Shark apart once and replace a few parts from a donor robot. The LIDAR on one just decided to die, the donor had a problem where it thought there was stuff stuck in it.
