Active ingredient in that is Tylenol. Get a 300 count bottle of naproxen sodium 220 mg at Walmart for $12 and it is cheap, effective, and last 12 hours. Take 1 at night and 2 during day. (max 3 per 24 hours).

Because it is in a different class, you can still take Tylenol if the pain is really bad. Naproxen is a NSAID so don't take with Ibu, aleve, or extended relief Midol (which is actually naproxen sodium 220 mg).

Naproxen is a great anti anti-flamitory/pain relief. I give it to teenage boys on school days when they have a jammed finger or twisted ankle because it lasts 12 hours and the normal 6 hour stuff won't last all day.
