The bonus tracker for the checking was still available weeks after getting the bonus. No reason the bonus tracker for savings wouldn't still be available now. And if it is, the progress should be reflected there. If there's no checkmark on the third line then it hasn't updated.
Just don't move any funds before it posts and don't close the accounts for a few months at least.
Edit: wait a minute...if your 15k date was 2/17 then your 90 days aren't up until like 05/17... It's a month too early to ask about the bonus
Check your Chase app again. I had the same issue as you, but when I checked the bonus tracker in the app this morning, it was updated to state that my bonus will be paid out shortly and the 3rd step was checked green.

Have the same issue as you & the other commenter. Deposited 15k by 02/17 and it just shows "expired" (third step doesn't seem to be checked off yet). Will keep waiting….
Your savings account has to have $15k for 90 days to get the savings portion of the bonus and the additional extra bonus for having the 2 accounts. See below, snipped from the e-mail instructions.

ETA - Received the additional bonuses ($400 to checking, $200 to savings) on May 2, just over a week after achieving the 90-days savings portion.
note: I opened account in January under $900 promotion.
