Has anyone tried one of these? Looks oldish / discontinued, but I'd like to try a sliding controller with grips and this isn't a bad price compared to other options.

Also curious if anyone's tried the right stick over buttons layot... seems like it could be uncomfortable?

I have one that looks almost identical , the one I have is basically e-waste, I wouldn't recommend

Is it the same model, or a similar concept from another company? What don't you like? Functional issues, uncomfortable?

I've not tried this layout, but I use the d-pad more than the analog sticks, so this layout could actually be a positive for me.

It's an iPega controller from years ago rebranded. I have the exact same controller.

It's okay since it's one of the few controllers that can hold phones vertically, but the joystick is awful. I wouldn't recommend at $26 since it was a similar price years ago too. Better to save up and get one of the 8bitDo controllers which are just way better.

8bitDo controllers feel great, but the 2 I have had are spotty to connect and both needed to have batteries replaced within a few months. Its like they got the molds 100%, and stuffed the worst generic bt drivers inside of them.

I have two NES30 Pro controller. One of them the joystick went crazy but this was after years of usage and abuse. Battery is still good. The other one is working fine even after couple years.

I'm not sure what their quality is like now, but they used to be really good from my experience at least.
