There is always a soup Nazi on the first page of every thread for ramen. Never fails.

I think you got this from the Spicy Chicken one.

The beef one doesn't have "Artificial Flavor" before the Beef Extract
If you guys are comparing which Ramen is "healthiest", you are in deep trouble. Ramen is a fast, easy guilty pleasure. Nutrition is not a big player !

It's a bit spicer and no artificial flavors.
"Natural flavors" are basically the same as artificial flavors. They take something natural like beef and can add up to 100 chemicals to enhance the flavor. These bowls are insanely unhealthy for you because of all the crap ingredients in them.

LOL @ people claiming that an ultra processed food item doesn't have artificial stuff in it. Like it's freshly picked from the backyard vegetable garden.

I prefer these as they don't have any TBHQ preservative like most other ramen. Thanks OP.

Servings per container 2. Single here. How I do I deal with the half when I follow the serving size? Throw it out, or it's worth saving? Any insight? Thanks

I don't know how long 1 wants to live but my gramp smoked, drank, ate eggs and bacon everyday of his life. Lives until 91 and the healthy people do all the other stuff and don't live as long as he did. Seems some people want to eat like rabbits (lettuce and carrots) just to make it to probably less age then my gramp did.

Sodium 37% x 2. So if you eat 1 bowl, you're already at 74% for the day. Crazy high sodium content.
Do people really follow the DV %?

I'll have to try beef, chicken isnt quite spicy enough.... I usually get the 'hot and spicy' flavor, even though spicy isnt a flavor.... It's on sale also:

Pimp your ramen folks. Get some leftover protein and toss it right in. Go fancy and soft boil eggs and soak them in a soy marinade for added yum!
