I'm an auctioneer for a liquidator in middle TN. These are solid quality for the price but I've seen a high rate of them come through with broken legs. I'd be aware of that on assembly or moving.

2k is the going price for a lower-end corner sectional.

We almost bought this for 2k. But we felt like we couldn't decide which sofa we wanted, so we decided to wait for a sign from God. It just came today. We bought. If this falls apart in 4 years, I'll say it was an okay deal.

Honestly, this is still probably about as good as you'll get in the 1k price range. I'd definitely consider it if I were after something like that. My experience with Costco furniture is the quality is there. The only issue is half of it looks like it came out of a 90s grandma's den
