I'm an auctioneer for a liquidator in middle TN. These are solid quality for the price but I've seen a high rate of them come through with broken legs. I'd be aware of that on assembly or moving.

No no no, it absolutely does. If this were an armchair, you'd have a point. But a couch? That's Old Testament shit right there.

Limit 5 per member.... Who's buying 5 couches?

Serious question, are these in store also? I'd like to sit on it before buying.

Is it possible to place it in one straight line instead of shape on pictures?

Apartment owners? , franchise owners with multiple locations? . Maybe? Many costco members are business owners

Yes. It just takes a saw and a little ingenuity. If you want it to look good, maybe a new couch when you're finished.

How do you like it? Any initial impressions that you can share?
Arrives Weds! But ordering it has started a fight with the husband. He showed no interest in the process of shopping for it until I ordered this (which he agreed to). Now he is shopping around as the giant sofa is on its way, cuz he isn't sure this is comfortable enough.

Man what is it with furniture being so expensive, in the last 10 years it seems like the prices on simple items like mass produced couches just sky rocketed. These things are like $200 on the high side in materials and the rest a machine assembles so paying $2K+ seems ridiculous but I know that's the way things are now a days.

That being said I dont trust any high usage couch that has wooden legs that stick up that far off the ground, its just a matter of time till one of the legs snaps. I would only recommend lower to the ground couches with the giant square thick legs for anything high usage that you intend to last 5+ years.

Just like everything else, furniture became financialized and prices rose, if you look at furniture store ads they don't even advertise prices, just what you pay per month and I am now seeing ads for 72 month loans for things like couches! It's nuts.

This is the very similar couch, but with different colored legs and a shorter corner section that Macys regularly has on sale for 1099-1199. Its from the Jolene line. I bought it a few years ago. Biggest complaints about it is the material will pill over time. I've had it for 2 years aid its just barely starting to show signs of that. My fiance and I use it every day, so I'm not sure what people are doing but ymmv. Regardless, its a lovely couch, very comfy.

You can find comments about it from other people here.

Forget about furniture being this way... This Klarna service now makes your $50 dollar shirt payable on monthly terms as well... Only $1.30 a month for 48 months (includes interest)!

This dude paid $7.99 for this same couch in 1928 and he won't budge a penny more. He remembers when gas stations paid YOU to pump- they had too much!

You couldn't even walk to school back then without stumbling on a $50 house, it was annoying honestly. He got tired of saying no. Sometimes he would buy a house just because it made his walk to school shorter if he could cut through the back yard.
