I haven't had any experience with this Frisco Brand cat scratcher, but have the SmartCat one. Anybody know how this compares?

frisco is a solid brand with good prices. however this post takes up a lot of space and my cats didnt love it.

that said my cats prefer cardboard scratchers over sissel/carpet

I have the SmartCat one and my cat loves it, he uses it all the time and it's pretty nicely built. This one looks very similar? If so I'd definitely recommend it.

I have three of the gray ones around our house and my big cat loves it cause it's tall enough for her to get a full stretch goin' and heavy enough that she can't move/tip it when she does. Kind of a big footprint but if you have the space they look a lot nicer in a living room than a full-on cat tree.

I bought a 3 pack of these in the past but my cats wont use them no matter where i place them.
