Its says right on the page 1 year warranty
Also its been discussed many times on many dyson threads…..its a crapshoot with refurb. It CAn be like new or cosmetically beat up
Also as i said…the refurb you said was $399 is an older model
The person needing help is you..as you seem to take criticism badly and see anger where there isnt

I actually bought this for my fiance last week as part of the Sephora sale. She really wants one, but doesn't want to spend the money. So I did for her

I got her the hair dryer on a NewEgg refurb deal years ago and I'd get her the straighter to complete the set but $500 for that just seems too much. If that ever drops sub $300 maybe
