I was waiting for the DJI RS 3 Pro to go on sale, but this one should hold me over until then. I have a Crane 2, but I'm hoping this Manfrotto one can perform better because my Crane 2 doesn't feel responsive for action shots like basketball.

Also, you can get an additional $60 off if you bundle it with the Manfrotto GimBoom. I use a monopod with my current gimbal, but it seems this GimBoom should be a lighter option for boom shots.

I just paid $275 for a new ronin S. I probably would have bought this but maybe my ronin is better. The ronin is heavy but I lift.

Man, I'm thinking I will grab this. I freakin hate my dji rsc2. It just isn't smooth and lacks features. I also want the Gimboom. It's just crazy how little info there is about this gimbal. It's heavy too. Does anyone own this thing and can comment on it?
Oh man, the code is taking money off of the GimBoom as well. I may have to bite on this.

Grabbed one and the GimBoom, with payboo it only came to $303. But I'm guessing if I don't like it and try to return the gimbal and not the GimBoom I'm only going to get a hundred or so back, right? If it sucks it's going on Craigslist I guess.
