This is the 1440p Ultrawide to get, not doubt about it. If I didn't already have a monitor at this size and resolution I would be all over this. QD-OLED is simply amazing.
While it's a decent price versus MSRP, B&H Photo had it for just under $800 late last week, but it sold out somewhat quickly. This $999 price from Dell seems to be their sale price every 2-3 weeks.
It is nice that it's currently $999 and cash back website(s) currently have 12% CB from Dell. Often they don't have high CB and discounted price on this monitor at the same time, so you have to call back later for price guarantee when the price drops.
If you can also stack $120 off $600 at Dell with Amex offers, then I think all three things together make this a super slick direct-from-Dell purchase.
I got this monitor using this combo a few weeks ago which brought the price down to $759 effectively. It's an absolutely stunning monitor.

If you dont mind answering, how is this with text? I am planning to use it for office work.

If you're coming from a 4k monitor of similar size, you may not be satisfied. I came from a 32" 1440 monitor, so the PPI are about 20 higher with this monitor. I spend a lot of the day reading text and have not had any eye strain issues in 2 weeks, with the monitor only at 20% SDR brightness.
Some people complain about color fringing on text due to the sub-pixel layout of QD-OLEDs, but I'm a very picky person when it comes to monitor color quirks, and even from 6 inches away I can't really notice any fringing. From 28 inches away, I definitely can't see any.
However, if by "office work" you'll have the same program open for 8 hours a day in full screen, then burn in might be a real concern. I'm mostly in web browsers that I keep in about 50% full screen windows, and move around a few times a day, stack in different orders, etc.
