Not the lowest I've seen it, as we got ours on Prime days last fall for $99. I've recently seen it for $79, or maybe it was $89. We thoroughly enjoy ours. Just took it out Friday for fishing, my wife and I. I have a glue-on Scotty mount for my Garmin 4 fish finder. It's not the most efficient kayak, as it's inflatable and there's more drag. You could upgrade the paddles for longer versions if you like. We don't really paddle both sides. We swap sides to paddle on every so often. It comes with a repair kit and everything you need except vests. Never tried it solo but I've watched videos where others have successfully. While I'd much rather have my own sit on top fishing kayak, I would definitely buy this sucker again for the two of us. We've gotten more than our bang for our buck on a dozen fishing trips.

How tall are you? I've read that it's hard for taller people to sit in this when using it as a 2 person.

I'm 5'8 and 210. Wife is just over a bill, but I read one guy said he's had 450 lbs in his without a problem. I usually tuck my feet on either side of her seat with her seat forward as possible. Both seats adjust front to back. If you're much over 6ft, you might be cramped with a second person. You can go solo of course, but I haven't tried it. If you're asking if it's tippy at all, then no. I actually want to get about a 4" pad to go under my seat, but I always forget about finding something until we're on the water.

Absolute junk. It's a blue recycling bin item. New people in my kayak groups start with these and move to a better inflatable quickly. They are delicate and easy to puncture since the PVC is thin, zero tracking and glide, slow, not stable. At the bare minimum, move up to the Intex Excursion Pro tandem for a much better kayak all the way around. It's still on the delicate side, but with caution it will last a few seasons. If on a real tight budget, the Sea Eagle 330 or 370 has better build quality than the Intex K1/K2, but suffers the same poor performance on the water. If you want good quality and better performance, go with a Aire Tomcat, RMR Taylor or Animas, Advanced Elements brand, Aquaglide, or a Saturn Ocean Pro of which all will last for many years. A great alternative is a 11' paddle board with a stadium seat for under $300. Speed, tracking, easy of paddling, and the stadium seat (WalMart for $18.) give one a dual sport with standing or sitting. Choose a paddle board with the center/side D-rings to strap down the stadium seat. Flip the seat backwards or forwards when you want to stand and paddle. I currently have 3 paddle boards and two inflatable kayaks, including a sea kayak and the kayak that goes most often is the paddle board with seat.
