It looks like it's made by brand Sakar, who also made junk Vivitar action cams.

I don't know the quality of this cam but sakar makes a lot of throw away products.

If they were going for the Fisher Price "My 1st Action Cam" look, they nailed it.

This guy says it's not bad @ 1080, garbage @ 4K. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-X94OrXln4

I like that it has dual screens and is waterproof out of the box, but $20 would probably be a better price.
