PayPal may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify this offer or these terms.

"Eligible Participant": Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) have a U.S. personal account with PayPal that remains in good standing through Reward fulfillment ("Valid Account"), and (3) view an onsite banner from PayPal inviting participation in the offer ("Invitation") (eligibility for/those who receive the Invitation will be determined solely by PayPal).

Offer Period: Starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 7, 2023 and ends 30 days after signing up for a Valid Account ("Offer Period").

How it Works: Eligible Participant must click through the Invitation link and complete a single transaction for $200 USD or more, using your Valid Account during the Offer Period. Upon successfully completing the eligible transaction, each Eligible Participant can receive 2,000 PayPal Rewards Points ("Points"), which can be redeemed for $20 cash (the "Reward") or other options. There is a redemption limit of one (1) Reward (or a max of 2,000 Points) per Valid Account that can be earned over the course of the Offer Period and will be no longer paid once the Offer Period has ended. There is a max of 8,000 Rewards (each worth a $20 cash equivalent once redeemed) available under this offer. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.

Reward: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant's Account Overview within thirty (30) days after qualifying to receive them but may be available sooner. If Points are redeemed for a Reward option and used towards an eligible purchase on PayPal, the following are excluded : (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a "Goods and Services" payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) purchases made using PayPal.me; (4) PayPal Debit Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account, (5) PayPal transaction fees, or (6) transactions made in any other currency beyond USD. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant's PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of his/her Valid Account.
