This one is the same price, gets better reviews, is heavy duty, and has 50lb more of weight capacity:

For any first time users, take note that there's a limiter bar on the back legs that stops you from flipping over completely. Make sure that limiter is in place before trying this out of excitement and you end up completely upside down and too far to reach for leverage and get yourself back up.

Yeah, I hung upside like a bat for longer than I'd like to admit while home alone until I could struggle my way back up. Good times

I have an older Body Vision table that I got locally on Marketplace for around $50, and I have to say it's a strong table that works well. I'm 225 lbs. 6'-6" tall and it accommodates me well. I would not hesitate to buy a new one for $99! Mine is more like the 300lb. version in the first post.

Everyone should buy one and stretch daily. Neck pain had been the most humbling experience and this saved my life

If you're a bigger person this one is on sale for $125. I bought some other ones that didn't feel so sturdy and it was a pain to return. I've had this one for over 2 years and hasn't had any issues even at my biggest weight at 270. I'm down to 235 now and this has helped with pain.

If you get off too fast with weird motions possibly. Pick yourself up slowly and rest for 20 seconds before you hop off. Been 6 months and I havnt had any tweaks or spasms

Are any of these actually compact? Can't imagine storing something like this.

Probably not permanently messing up your back, but you can definitely get sore using one wrong, or hanging for too long(Think stretching too much all at once). I was told by my chiropractor to cycle in about 30 second segments. So, flat 30 seconds, decline to about 45 degrees for 30 seconds, then full inversion for 30 seconds, and repeat... I do it for about 4 or 5 minutes, then lay flat and relax for a few more minutes before getting off. Be careful that you properly adjust for your height and weight, so the table will be balanced properly! Note: I am not a doctor, just a person with multiple bulging discs who has made use of these tables.

How does this compare with the teeter inversion table?

They fold up which is definitely a feature I'm interested in. The Amazon one has pictures of someone with a folded up one in their closet.

I have some concerns about this unit. It doesn't have any of the safety devices. All your weight rests on the foot holder. If a weld broke or your foot slipped, your going to land on your head. There are other versions with shoulder bars that would catch you. Some also have seat belts that are supposed to prevent that. The weak welds used on some of this stuff can get you hurt.

If you avert your eyes away from the photoshopped woman, you will see the safety features built into this inversion table. I don't know if it is the best Amazon offers, but it does have some additional safety stops.
