I have the wallet card version of the eufy tracker. It's the same thing but the dimensions of a credit card.
It works on both my iphone with find my like an airtag and my pixel 7 with Android at the same time. On the iphone it works in the native find my app. On Android it works in the eufy app.
I prefer these to AirTags. The biggest downside is there isn't a massive offering of 3rd party cases and holders like for AirTags. I have 5 AirTags and 6 of these things. I don't notice any difference in live tracking. I don't think these do the ultra wide band whatever crap for helping locate a tracker nearby but I don't ever use that feature of AirTags. Tried it a couple times and it was utter crap so no loss in my opinion.

I don't see a downside to these.
