Just a warning, Ryobi electric surface cleaners have a high failure rate. Mine lasted a couple of uses before it stopped spinning, and cleaning the nozzles & filter would not fix it. Check Home Depot, lots of 1-star reviews. I wish I had.

If my washer is 1200 psi , it will work as 1200psi ? Never used this tool before .

That might be the lowest psi - there was a review on HD about somebody using it in that psi and had mix results. Order from HD and return if you don't like results- you might need to pre treat your surfaces with detergent as well. I have a 2000 psi and got excellent results with just water.
