Yea its gone. I looked in my clipped coupons. I still have (2) of the earn $7 for spending $20 on allergy stuff and another for cosmetics. I was planning on using the earn $7 for allergy one in conjunction with the earn $20, but now can't. I was surprised they kept giving me the spend $1 to get $10 4 times in a row. Lol.

No. You have to pay WG $40 and then you'll get $20 back in your WG rewards account which you can use at a later time.
