A quick search showed the i7-8665U as W11 compatible too.
I do not need another laptop, but it's tempting

I'm looking for a basic Windows 2-in-1 for traveling. Won't be my main laptop or tablet while at home. Want to play older games like Fallout 3, Homeworld Remastered, Deus Ex, etc but trying to weigh 10-20 year old system requirements vs newer budget machines is near impossible as clock spend doesn't mean much today vs years ago (not to mention onboard graphics is pretty darn good now).
Would something like this do the trick? I'd assume it would run circles around these games but I have been wrong before.

looks like that one comes out to $171 with
i5 Quad (i5-8350U) 1.70 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD
but was this model from 2018/19?

Is there a rule of thumb I should be looking at regarding a (in my mind) glorified tablets and their ability to play older Windows games? Again, I would assume this i5-8350U should run circles around what Homeworld claims is their minimum CPU requirement of a 2.2 GHz Dual Core Processor (Intel E2200?). Just using Homeworld as a random example.
