When I have to get 'needed' items, that aren't usually on ECB/sale/free - I've been following the % off's. With a 25% + 10% off this week, I was able to get some oral care for a family member and the nice, the final subtotal was less than Target. Cuz family looked @ Target's app prior to giving me the request - seeing if I could 'beat' Target's price. Well, with the 25%+10% off, I was.

And some people still have $2 Face peelies from year ago with no expiration date. I somehow found the last 2 and used last week for 50% off IB rebate along with $5 ECB and weekly CRT. Wanted to wait for this week's $8 ECB and $4/$20 CRT, but then I needed a filler, so let it go.

I actually was talking to one of my store managers today about the fraudulent ips some couponers are using, mostly at SCO. The DL did an audit and found that 6% of the ips used at her store were refused by the processing center as being fraudulent. There's no way they would know that if they're not submitting them to the processing center.
