Does anyone else hate Costco's website? They're so far behind Sam's club when it comes to checking stock, ordering online, scan and go, etc.

For example, many of their TVs say "delivery available" and when you click on it, it says "delivery not available and not available for pickup". This is 2023 and Costco's living in 1999.

Note: Costco's Spend and Get promotion increased $100 overnight. All prices have now dropped an additional $100 from yesterday. I have submitted a price adjustment request for my purchase. Hope they honor it or I will be canceling and repurchasing.

I'm in the market for a 65" TV under $1000 right now and I'm leaning towards over 65 U8H due to very good reviews and Rtings pick.

Any other Options out there for 65" under $1000?

My sister got a 65 H9G last 2020 and it died by the end of 2022. Still upset about it since I help her to pick that TV.
My Hisense tv was also died less than 2 years. Get x90k or qn85b if you are willing to pay little more.

Lg oled b2 would be considered mid grade. This lg is very entry level.
A 65" OLED B2 with the alpha7 Gen 5 chip, 120 HZ and VRR for $1k is midgrade while an 86" LED 8000 with the alpha7 Gen 5 chip, 120 Hz and VRR for $850 is entry level?

I learn something new every day. 😉

The 86" LG shows as $899 for me with the extended warranty, is that what others see? Seems like a deal to me, no?

Yep! I grabbed one. And then I added the 55" and 65" LG UQ8000 as well and the total for all three TVs was $1299! I know the 86" is the better panel with 120hz and VRR, the 55" and 65" are 60hz, but for $200 each I couldn't resist.

I don't think the sams club stock status actually works though...
But their "Scan and Go" app rocks. Now if only Walmart and Costco could figure it out. Walmart app is really bad compared to Sam's, don't understand why since same company. Maybe just my Walmart.

RTINGS did not review the 86" with the native 120 Hz, VRR and the gasyer chip.

I put all three in the basket with removing extended warranty, the price came out to be 1299. That's cheap. I ordered 86" TV and Proform Treadmill for 1499

It's so they can keep the hotdog $1.50... corners need to be cut somewhere. For me none of the TV's are the price the op posted. Is this in store only? I'm logged in to the website too.
This. They are ok due to cheap food and gas(which if you can go before store open/after store close you can avoid crazy crowd). They do provide goo quality stuff at good price. But there is little incentive in taking things modern. You cannot even do something simple as where something is within a store and they intentionally arrange things different way in each warehouse as well. They want us to go all around the store and adhoc pick up stuff we did not plan as well.

I am bullish on Costco the company as the stores here in bay area are always crowded. I like my Costco Business center which opens at 7AM and I can shop when there are few folks. But I rarely shop online unlike say Walmart which has improved their online experience significantly though its not a Amazon.

I did remove the extended warranty I believe. Though it still shows it as being a bundle in the item description on my order

Yes, exactly right: I wish I had a Sam's club near me, as Costco is so far behind the curve on most pricing. And for that matter, most of the TVs listed as part of this 'deal' are near-garbage - check out what Consumer Reports has to say about them.

I have the 86" lg and can honestly say I'd never buy one again based on the interface alone. TV is fine so far but switched to roku.
It replaced a 75" hisense that failed just over a year but had an amazing Google interface 😂
