Yeah weirdly Best Buy changes from free shipping to a charged rate depending how rural the area is, generally speaking. The free shipping is def ymmv from them, especially on items that might end up being freight delivery like a large TV.

The picture on this Hisense is awesome. My only complaint is the OTA program menu does not pick up programming instantly and will forget it if you stay on one channel too long.

Purchased this last Black Friday and it is not worth the cash. I plan to replace it as soon as I can. The picture is fine, not a noticeable improvement despite the specs. Darks are really rough and no adjustments to picture settings have helped. I find myself often restarting the TV because it freezes on apps or continues to play sound even when the TV is off.
Toshiba TVs are made by Hisense after now Foxconn owned Sharp clawed back the Sharp license from them when they claimed that Hisense was sullying Sharp's reputation by making unreliable TVs.
Having said that, my 2015 Insignia 55" made my Hisense lasted six years before backlight led light blew. Still debating whether that's an average life span or not for a budget TV these days.

It looks like a decent cheap TV for those who may not care about things like high refresh rate or contrast ratio
