Lately is the key word…they're just extremely inflexible and unhelpful. I bought from them 2010-2020 or so, but the last couple orders/exchanges/refunds were horrible. They seem to have merged with NB instead of operating more like an independent business. Maybe Covid hurt them like it did with so much other retail, but they are definitely not the company they once were.
Every time I share my experience it gets a suspicious amount of negative reactions, and with the coincidentally high volume of JNBO deals here, I don't want to risk getting banned

Wouldn't be surprised to see the normal price creep back in and certain sizes OOS. This was originally posted on April 19th, and I grabbed a couple of pairs then (NB 4E FTW).

Two returns in over a dozen orders? Hopefully that's not excessive in clothing
I've had bad experiences with plenty of retailers, but JNBO really does stand out as being a company run by children. If you can't compete with Amazon, Zappos, DSW, Sierra, Columbia….maybe you should be in another line of work.
Sorry to go OT, I'm just balancing things out for the many, many times I recommended them.
