You do not really appreciate no rivets until you have used a pan without them.
The Demeyere just feels better made and seems to be better able to release the foods.
Of all the pans that I own and use, the Demeyere is my favorite.

I still haven't mastered scrambled eggs in stainless, but they are the only thing I've had any sticking issues with.
Also of note is that you can develop a much better fond and better sear on stainless than any non-stick, and you don't have to worry about scratching the coating or have a risk of the coating leeching into your food.
I have multiple pans in the Industry 5 line and love them. They work great on induction too!
Just a note- you may want to measure your burners and compare them to the bottom diameter of this pan before purchasing.

Are you a "tosser?" If lightweight handling and responsiveness is important to you, then some would argue that All-Clad D3 hits the sweet spot of being just heavy and well-constructed enough for outstanding durability while still being light and responsive and (relatively) affordable.
If those aren't your priorities and you don't mind paying a bit more, give Demeyere a try. A lot of people have a heavier Demeyere for searing and braising, and some All-Clad pieces for more responsive applications.
Picked up a 9" Demeyere Atlantis from Costco 3 years ago and never looked back. it (Atlantis line) is just a better built pan than All-Clad. I don't have to worry about induction warping Atlantis but both All-Clads are slightly warped.
