I dunno about the current version but ive had a couple of the older. Back when they were putting illegal stuff like dmaa in jack3d an others this stuff still kicked my butt. However the taste in the 2 I tried was the usual poison/chalk taste you get from 50% of preworkout

Man, I loved old Jack3d. Nothing seems to rock me today like that used to. Now all they do is crank up the caffeine. Will probably get this one though. My current go-to is GAT

Creatine is 1/4 dose, beta alanine is 1/10th, L theanine is 1/5th dose.

This is garbage preworkout, you'd be better off buying creatine and caffeine pills separately. Or buy Gorilla Mode preworkout.
