Overall this is a really good headset for the money. My biggest complaint, and it really does bother me, is that the microphone monitor levels (how loud you hear yourself) are super low even on the highest setting.

At some point the audio started cutting out after an update no matter what I do. Works fine as a bluetooth headset, has issues when using the adapter. Lot of people have the same problem if you google it

I've had mine for the last 8 months or so and no issues. It pairs pretty quickly with my pc adapter on windows 11 and my series x. Highly recommended

Had mine since original release. Still working flawlessly. Very good game sound as well as clear voice chat. I whisper a lot because I have kids that sleep all night and my friends are able to hear me still. Game sound bumps really good too. Worth original price honestly.

I never had that issue. The biggest problem for me is the Bluetooth range. I can't even grab a beer without it cutting out. Battery could be better.

I love this headset except for one thing. It always turns on the Xbox, even if I just want to use it for my phone to listen to music. Other then that, perfect.

Best bang for your buck wireless headset imo. Dual connectivity, loud with alot of bass. Very functional

This headset is like 100% bass, even on the lowest bass setting. Then if that isn't enough bass you have 10 levels bass boost for more bass. If you like bass this might be a good headset for you, however if you want to hear almost any other range you simply won't.

Yeah I'm having issues with mine cutting out too. As a 32 year old who still plays age of empires with kid buddies it makes the experience slightly less enjoyable.

Be warned, Ive had two of these and the audio cuts out all the time. I prefer the Xbox controller but the headset is so bad I choose to play multiplatform games on PS5 because their headset is rock solid.
