You could try giving them a call. You have 30 days to ask for a price adjustment
I went in and they said to fill out an online form for a price adjustment

Just bought a vitamix a2500 bundle at Costco. bought food processor attachment and stainless steel mixing container. Made broccoli cheddar chicken soup and a Pina colada. Both were 10/10. Is this something I need or not?

Once again. All this does it "creami" up already frozen stuff. Any good blender can "creamy" up ice cream, frozen yogart or any mix or a processor as well. No need to buy one more uni-tasker.
And once again, this is completely different from a blender; neither one can do what the other one does. This does not blend ice and liquid together to make a smoothie or soft-serve. It takes a block of solid-frozen ingredients (poured into the container and put into the freezer last night) and drill-presses it into a creamy mix. A blender does not start with all-frozen ingredients.

That doesn't mean you should buy it Smilie. I won't, as I don't have space in my kitchen. Just don't be ignorant about what it does.

It says online that the shipping and handling are included. It should be cheaper in store. I'm going to check tomorrow.
Report back what the store price is if you go in. I might have to stop in if it's a decent price difference.

Unfortunately, you are mistaken about the capabilities of this machine and the capabilities of a blender.

It's fine if you don't NEED this machine. No one does, but please do not spread misinformation.

Picked up a Cuisinart ICM for under $20 around the holidays. It seems to work well, I have used it a dozen times to make various flavors. So, is this one really 6X better?
Not even worth the same price ime. The key reason: this cannot ever make ice cream on a spur of the moment, as you have to pre-freeze the mix. The Cuisinart style unit (frozen bowl) can remain in the freezer unfilled, with a quick ice cream desire being fulfilled.

I recently got one. I've been using it to hit my protein macros. Two scoops of protein powder, tbsp sweetener and skim milk. So far chocolate is amazing. Mixing it with a bit for coffee gives you a nice mocha.

Roughly 400 calories for the pint and 65 grams of protein

more protein than any other store bought Ice cream and tastes just as good or better.

I also used it to make normal ice cream for my wife. The flavors are so full and rich. Even the vanilla was probably the best vanilla I have ever had.
How easy is the cleaning part? Time consuming?
