I got the 165 gallon last summer and have been very happy with it! It is very sturdy, keeps out water, and I think it is much more attractive than most deck boxes. The hydraulic pistons on it are smooth and opening and closing are a breeze. One minor complaint is that it doesn't come with a latch and the top can open with a decent wind. Because of the pistons, it will stay open until you manually close it (which then leaves it susceptible to rain. But you can put a lock or pin through the holes in front to prevent this from happening.

I don't have a Suncast to compare, but this is high quality stuff.

I picked the 165 gallon up last year and it is huge and very nice, has hydraulic lid assist.

I paid $170 last year for the 230 gal. It made it through the winter fine. I have another I got from Ace on sale that I feel it is made from better materials/design. I would not let large Marge or anybody sit on either one. I can say the Keter is in direct sun for over half the day and I have not noticed any fading yet.
