Can I just state, for the record, that I hate the fact that Amazon hides certain credits from your view. At best it's shady, and at worst it's deceptive, making you feel like you've "won a prize" at checkout.

Yes, you can add as many as you want, as they are just turned into a credit balance for your Amazon account.

Just try to buy something that Ships from: Amazon.com & Sold by: Amazon.com, it is going to show all credits that apply
