Can I just state, for the record, that I hate the fact that Amazon hides certain credits from your view. At best it's shady, and at worst it's deceptive, making you feel like you've "won a prize" at checkout.

Does anyone know if this works if we order a PHYSICAL amazon gift card? I know it says e-gift card but the fine print says "Offer valid on Amazon.com Gift Cards sold and delivered by ACI Gift Cards" so I'm a bit confused. I'd like to order 2 gift cards at $30 each and get a card with each one.
