There's no guarantee of it...but they've done it for the last three years. I'm just glad it stayed at the same percentage, as that will be the decider in the fall as to whether to keep the Reserve card...and my intention is the same, to get iPhone 15s.

Agree with this. Hyatt in particular offers some really nice redemption value, especially if you can transfer during a bonus period.

Points are worth much more when redeem for airlines travel, why do you waste your miles to redeem for those overpriced Apple electronics?

How do you figure? Currently the website says points are worth 25% more when redeemed for flights and 25% more when redeemed for Apple products.

You only have to call the first time to connect your accounts. After that, you can transfer online from one account to another.

I was hoping that...and maybe it'll still happen. They said they no longer do that and I'll have to call again. So far I don't have the option in my login to move points to my wife's account from the combine points screen.

Exactly.

With the portal, or this apple deal, you're only getting 1.25 cents per point cash replacement value (or 1.5 cents if you have a CSR).

Transferring points to Hyatt will routinely get you ~2 cents or more per point, and transferring to airlines will frequently get similar values in coach, 4-6 cents a point in business, and even higher values in first.

Who the heck get the card for Apple products instead of travel? I save my point for travel and instead of gambling with Apple redeem process.
