There is no easy return, you will have to call in the number, however the only option is to cancel the order if it has not shipped already. The only thing that the agent on the phone could do was "request cancelation"

I went through this and they would not accept returns, I ended up selling on eBay later

No, you're not missing anything; there's no gamble. But, returning things is possibly cumbersome at best...some say that you can't. I've never tried to cancel or return something.

We've made 5-10 orders. In the fall, things sometimes take longer, but we ordered 2 iPhone 14 pro's and an ultra Apple watch, and they came when they were estimated. I suspect for things right now since there aren't really newly released products.

You just transfer your points to airlines partners. Chase points are worth at least 2 cents per point when transferred to airlines partners.

I can confirm this did indeed happen...it just took a bit, but I do see my spouse's reserve card as a destination to roll my points to without having to call them again.
