Why are there so many people on SD who only sees things from their own perspective? Why bash a product because it doesn't suit your particular need? Is this self-centered way of thinking just a problem in American society in general now? Me, me, me.

There are plenty of laptops that charge fine at 45w power delivery. If yours doesn't then just move along.
Try having a dead phone while on the move, then tell me how useless this is.
These are awesome to keep in your everyday bag because you only need ONE device for both wall and portable charging. I'm with you in the missing at least ONE USB-A port, but I picked up adapters for both ways a few months ago when I realized it's easier to just have a few quality and different length USB-C cables and then just a few adapters rather than tons of different cables.

I had the first version of this "Fusion" charger and I used it at work ALL THE TIME. Perfect for topping off a Vuse vape, smartwatch or even adding a little more runtime to your phone if you're using it extra heavily for the day. IIRC if it's plugged in it defaults to charging the devices first and THEN itself. I'm tempted to grab this since I gave my grandparents my old one to use with their tablet, but the new biggest Fusion Charger looks too awesome, I just have to afford it lmao.

can you charge your macbook air for 5000mah?
Yes, but not fully. I was able to charge my M1 MBA to only like 30% from dead. But that was like enough to last the rest of the day lol

Woulda been dope if one of them ports was a USB-A
They have that version as well, which is what I use when traveling. Now that I have the latest apple watch with USB-C, this is perfect. I keep a small 5w usb-a charger in my backpack too just in case.

They got the 733 for $70 after $30 off. Not sure if it's worth spending another $25 to get double the capacity and higher 65w output to charge laptops. It's bulkier of course.

2 usb c, 1 usb a

I have the 2 USB A version of this. It's 5+ years old but still an almost daily carry for me, when my kids haven't borrowed it. Countless powerbanks have disappeared or died, but this thing keeps going.

I ended up returning mine. Too heavy and $ too high for the 5,000 mAh battery size. I love the integrated wall plug but found this was too cumbersome for travel. I want a 5,000 mAh battery to fit comfortably in my pocket, while I keep a larger 10,000 or 20,000 mAh tucked away in luggage or a backpack.

I have a 733 (x2 capacity, higher W output, additional usb A, though larger) and it's been my fav solution for charging during travel.

Very happy with it.

Does this power bank allow in airplanes? If so, carry-on checked baggage can carry?
Yes, this is allowed on airplanes. The lithium ion battery is only 5000 mAh.
The maximum you're allowed is 27,000 mAh or 100W total per item.

Power banks are only allowed in carry on bags or "personal item" bags, power banks and other spare uninstalled lithium ion rechargeable batteries aren't supposed to be in checked bags.

Anyone having tech issues?

1) Sometimes when the Anker is plugged in, I think plug in my phone, it charges for a couple minutes then stops charging.
2) It only charges my Samsung S23 Ultra (5,000mAh capacity) about 50%.
