A bit odd. The listing images for the 8" is the triple rivet made in USA pan from Amazon. But the description says made in Brazil.

Further sleuthing, the listing on amazon is false advertising, they are made in Brazil. Despite the complaints they still haven't fixed the listing after all these years. So if you had any thoughts of buying because of the Amazon listing saying made in USA, you'd be mislead.

That said, the savings is only like $2 over amazon listing. Amazon also has a PRO fusion on sale that has an interesting rivetless design (80114/515DS) for $23. I look at these pans now and then and these don't really look like deals to me iirc, have been looking to replace my 8" for years and haven't pulled the trigger yet.
Unless you use an induction stove, aluminum pans are great. All nonstick pans are disposable anyway and they should be thrown away when the nonstick surface wears out. Fancy nonstick is stupid.
FYI, does not appear to work on induction.

Quote from Logan_71 :
I beg to differ. If I want a good sear on a cut of meat, I certainly prefer a pan with both some heft, and some heat retention capability afforded to thicker, heavier pans.

Also, it's easier to get a good crispy crust on something like a quesadilla with a heavier pan.
The other guy stated:

"There's no reason to use anything but aluminum if you're going non stick. Non stick pans are consumable items."

There are non-stick pans on SS (e.g. all-clad). Very expensive. Non-stick are consumables.

Non-stick It's a specialty pan. Every kitchen needs one. But for a good sear, I don't think anyone is advocating going with a non-stick pan when a cast iron or stainless steel pan would be much much better and are not consumable.

I have tri-ply stainless steel pans from 10 years ago. And except for some blemishes from metal spatulas, They work the same as the day I got them.
